This Mad Lib Style, fill-in-the-blank script,
"Sex Talk with Your Teen," will help you feel...
Comfortable starting a conversation - especially with the realization that talking to your kids doesn't have to be about intercourse or making babies.
Inspired to try to keep the conversations going using topics like dating, love, and relationships.
Connected to your teen because you're having broader, richer conversations, including topics like guilt and shame. Trust me - even 14-year-olds have things they feel guilty about.
*I use the phrase “The Talk” because the word “sex” is censored in social media so I use the phrase most of us are familiar with. It’s not my favorite because it is a bit misleading. The best versions of “The Talk” are ongoing and evolving conversations (which I address at some length in my book).
Who is The MamaSutra?
I'm Dr. Lanae St.John, the mother of two teen daughters and I went back to school to study sexuality when my kids started kindergarten. Now I'm a Board-Certified Sexologist, Certified Sex Coach, sexuality educator, and author of Read Me: A Parental Primer for "The Talk".
I've got first-hand knowledge about how to navigate issues of sexuality as a parent, and use that experience to help my clients on these issues.

Or if your parents did talk about sex, maybe they said something like, "When I was your age, I didn't even know what sex was!"
Either way, we learn that sex is shameful and something we aren't supposed to know or ask about. The Mad Lib Style Script "Sex Talk With Your Teen" will give you a way to change that pattern of passing on someone else's hang ups.I WANT THIS SCRIPT
